Sterling performance by state lad in ISC exam

IMPHAL, May 31: The elite Assam Valley School, Tejpur, has as expected come up with a sterling performance in the ISC School Leaving Examination 2014, and of particular interest to Manipur is a lad from the state, Daksha Salam, was second in the school’s rank holders having scored an astounding 98.5 per cent.

The school’s first position holder, Joydeep Dutta, secured 99.5 per cent.

Daksha is the son of well known and innovative entrepreneurs, Kamesh Salam and Hussina Thockchom, now domiciles of Guwahati in Assam.
