IMPHAL, June 10: Ahead of the election of High Court Bar Association Manipur (HCBAM), a bar association of High Court of Manipur to be held on June 21, two candidates for the post of president and general secretary of the association have been declared won uncontested as no other candidates filed nomination papers for the posts in the scrutiny of the election held today.
The two candidates who have been declared won uncontested are advocate Kh Binoykumar Singh as president and advocate Ng Jotindro Singh as general secretary of the bar association.
Advocate Kh Binoykumar Singh had already served as the general secretary and vice-president of the association.
