The scholarship will be given to 50 meritorious girls and 50 meritorious boys in which 50 pc scholarship will be provided by Aryans and remaining 50 pc will be financed in the form of education loan. JJ Singh at the launch of the scholarship scheme said the Aryans Group’s initiative to help and reach out to those meritorious students of North Eastern States who drop their studies in between due to poor financial conditions and couldn’t come forward should be applauded.
Dr Anshu Kataria while addressing the function attended by students from various schools said that the scholarship will be exclusively on merit cum means basis.
The students can avail the scholarship on completing their Engineering and Diploma courses at Aryans Campus, he added.
Sharing more information of Aryan Group of Colleges he said that Punjab has emerged as an education hub for the students of other States and Aryans has become the first choice for North Eastern students. More than 300 students from various parts of North East are already studying at Aryans in various courses.
To support financially weaker sections of the society, Aryans has started many scholarship schemes.
Established in 2007, Aryans campus is located on Chandigarh–Patiala highway, near Chandigarh and has lush green 20 acres pollution free campus. Aryans Group has been serving the educational and intellectual interests of the youth in a commendable manner.
