IMPHAL, May 12: For the third time this year, an earthquake, measuring 4.8 Richter scale, jolted the State today at 1.24 pm with the epicentre along the Indo-Myanmar border.
Out of fear, people rushed out of their houses and offices. However, there is no news of casualties and devastation due to the earthquake.
