Imphal. June 7: Father of Khongbanbtabam Hitler, the accused arrested in connection with the twin homicide case at which 60 years old RK Lakhipiyari and her 30 years old pregnant daughter Monica were found brutally murdered on May 30 today narrates the other side story of the accused at Manipur press club today.
Khongbantabam Imocha said that he was not allowed to meet his son since the time he was arrested in connection with the case.
Day before yesterday, a mob vandalized the residence of Hitler at Uripok Khumanthem Leikai after report about confession by Hitler on the killing was spread from unknown source.
Imocha, father of Hitler said that on the day of the incident his son return from his shop at Mantripukhri at around 2.30 pm as the day was bandh. Later he went to his friend s place at Nagamapal Thingel till 3.05 pm and from there he went to one of his friend (Naobicha ) at Uripok Bachaspati Leikai at around 3.15 pm.. After watching TV for around 4/5 minutes at Naobicha’s place he came out from the house asking Naobicha to follow. After some minutes Naobicha too went out and found Hitler waiting in his vehicle by smoking a cigarette.
As the road was narrow both back the vehicle passing Soram Tomba’s house.
Imocha said that it was raining that time and how come that his son Hitler did not get wet if he happen to walk out of his vehicle.
Imocha further said that he has been expecting justice from the authority but contrary to that before the investigation is yet to begin to find out the truth he and his family has been put into trouble.
Khongbantabam Imocha further appealed authority to investigate over the matter so that justice be done to the deceased mother and daughter as well as to his son.
