IMPHAL September 19 : A press communique of the Project 1 officer of the PREPAK ,Laingam Meitei states that the claim of the police that a project nominee of the outfit namely Okram Tolen @ Ashok, 31, of Bashikhong Bazar have been arrested from Langol housing complex on the 16th September is baseless and fictitous, there is no cadre or nominee by that name, the statement said.
