IMPHAL, Sep 7: A public health sub centre will be inaugurated tomorrow by the Heath Minister Ph. Parijat at Hengbung under Senapati district. The inaugural function will be attended by MLA Haokholet Kipgen and director of health services Dr. S.Ibomcha as president and guest of honour respectively.
