IMPHAL Sept 19 : A lady cadre of the PREPAK was apprehanded by the combined troops of 28 AR and 33 AR from Moirang Thana Leikai yesterday evening at around 8.30 pm.
The arrested cadre is identified as Philem Shakhi Devi,42,D/o Nilo of Moirang Thana Leirak according to the statement of PRO, IGAR (South).
