IMPHAL, Oct 30: The capping, lamp lighting and oath taking ceremony of the 6th batch of FHW/ANM of L Chaobi Nursing Institute, Porompat, was held today at the premises of the institute with MLA Th Nandakishore as the chief guest.
Master Ibohal, president of Trained Nurses Association of India, Manipur State Branch and SP Imphal East, Th Radheshyam attended the function as the president and guest of honour respectively.
Speaking at the occasion, MLA Nandakishore stated that nurses play significant roles in serving the patients besides the doctors and advised them to have dedication and affection for serving the patients.
In his speech Radheshyam stated that nurses should work with zeal and render good humanitarian service to the people.
