IMPHAL, Nov 1: Twenty more undertrail prisoners, mainly belonging to underground organisations operating in the state were approved for the detention under National Security Act, 1980, during recent sittings of the state advisory board on NSA headed by Justice (Retd) SP Rajkhowa.
