IMPHAL, Dec 11: A fire broke out this morning at the quarter of the Chawkidar for the Directorate of Information and Public Relation office located temporarily at MSRTC complex. The fire however was defused timely with intervention of the state fire service thereby preventing it from spreading. The cause of the fire, according to the DIPR chawkidar, may originate from electric short circuit.
