IMPHAL April 24: The 35th annual session and symposium on arts commenced today at at Arts Society Manipur office located at Nongmeibung Nambam Chuthek today.
RK Nimai ,commissioner of Arts and Culture Department speaking as the chief guest at the function announced that a cultural policy and film policy will be introduced soon. He further announced that an art gallery will be built for art patrons and policies will be made for the upliftment of artists of the state.
