IMPHL, May 11:Discovering the presence of cache of arms and ammunition in general area Umathel of Thoubal District, troops of 27 Assam Rifles of 9 sector under HQ IGAR(South) launched search operation in the area on 11 May 11.Search resulted in recovery of 01x Shot Gun,01x 9 mm Pistol with Magazine, 02×40 mm Lathode rounds, 02xlive rounds Shot Gun,01xChinese hand grenade with detonator,03xlive rounds 9 mm,04x live rounds of AK 47 and 08x live rounds of .303, it added.
