Loktak Lake, in Manipur is the largest freshwater lake in India, also called the only Floating lake in the world due to the floating phumdis (heterogeneous mass of vegetation, soil, and organic matters at various stages of decomposition) on it, is located near Moirang in Manipur state, India. – wikipedia

AmritKoijam, s/o Rajendra Koijam, of Thangmeiband meisnam leikai, DMC Gate IMPHAL was born and brought up at Imphal. Youngest of six brothers and sisters, he did his schooling from Donbosco Imphal and Manipur Public School. Completed graduation from St. Anthony's college , shillong. Served in Indian Army for 06 years and had represented the country as a United Nation Peacekeeper at Lebanon.
