IMPHAL, Nov 3: Former president of All Manipur Working Journalists’ Union and treasurer of Manipur Veteran Journalists’ Union, Ningthoukhongjam Tombiraj has been invited by United Nations University to attend a conference on local health tradition to be held at Penang, Malaysia from November 26 to 30, 2011.
The United Nations University-Institute of Advanced Studies, International Organization Centre, Pacifico, Yokohama, Japan will bear travel and other expenses for him
Tombiraj is also a member of steering committee of a sub-committee of Health and Family Welfare Division of Planning Commission of India.
