IMPHAL, Dec 29: 17 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector under the aegis of HQ IGAR(South) organised a “Musical Concert” evening at Ukhrul on December 29
A PRO release has informed that local bands alongwith the Jazz band of Assam Rifles belted out soulful numbers of various genres including English rock, favourite Bollywood numbers and famous local Tangkhul hits which instantly stuck a chord with the music enthusiasts.
Commander 10 Sector Assam Rifles was the chief guest for the occasion alongwith other officers from Sector Headquarters and Assam Rifles. R Sudhan, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Ukhrul expressed his gratitude and thanks on behalf of civil administration. The Commander conveyed his best wishes for Christmas and New Year.
