IMPHAL, Jan 27: Documents such as passport, driving license, PAN Card, arms license, bank pass book, Kishan pass book, pension book, freedom fighter identity card, handicap certificate, job card etc. can be used for the verification of voters in lieu of the Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC), stated a release of CEO Manipur.
