IMPHAL, Feb13: Donna Ngairangbam and Khundrakpam Jaya Chanu of Youth Cultural Artist and Craft Association won the best child artist and the best classical dancer awards at the All India Multi Lingual Short Play and Classical, folk dance competition at Agra.
