IMPHAL, Feb 13: Chief minister, O Ibobi has send his warm greeting and best wiches to the people of Manipur and the Naga communities in particular on the occasion of Lui-Ngai-Ni, the seed sowing festival of the Nagas. In his message, the chief minister expresses his wishes that the festival will be celebrated in true spirit and promote love, peace and unity and bring happiness and prosperity to all section of the people in the state.
