IMPHAL, Feb 23: Thoubal SP, K Jayanta has ordered the suspension of three commando personnel of Thoubal Reserve Lines, Kh Anandakumar, S Bhabananda and E Dhanabir against whom a departmental inquiry has been contemplated in connection with the death of Ragini Devi of Tentha Khongbal at Tentha from police firing on January 28.
