IMPHAL, Feb 25: Loitongbam Tilotama Devi was recently appointed as the vice-chairperson, Board of Governors, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India. In her honor, a reception was organized at Hotel Imphal by the staff of NYKS, Imphal and Kohima zone which was attended by the Zonal Directors of the organization among others
