IMPHAL, Feb 25: The Communist Party of Manipur, Maoist, in a press statement has stated that the branch school of Heritage Convent located at Lamphel Sanakeithel and Shishu Nishta Niketan located at Kwakeithel were locked up for charging high tuition fees from the students. The Maoist party had earlier directed the school authorities to avoid lavish school uniforms and high tuition fees, but the authorities of these two schools have neglected the norms and acted against the people of Manipur, it stated.
