IMPHAL, Mar 22: Chief Minister O. Ibobi Singh has expressed satisfaction while inspecting the ongoing construction works of High Court Complex today at Chingmeirong, Imphal. The CM had also discussed with his entourage about inaugurating the High Court complex in the first week of April, 2012. While the High Court Complex construction work started in 2007 is near completion except for the residential bungalows of judges.
