IMPHAL, April 22: The Commander 27 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of the Red Shield Division visited an orphanage “Mercy Home Care in CHurachandpur town on April 21, stated a PIB statement.
The commander interacted with the children and appreciated the efforts of the managing committee (Manipur Evangelical Lutheran Women Association) in taking care and bringing hope to the destitute children, it stated.
