IMPHAL, May 30: Ethno Heritage Council (HERICOUN) has submitted a memorandum to the President and Prime Minister of India subjecting to take up immediate action to remove Army and Para-military forces from places of worship, educational premises, medical dispensaries, tourist spots, etc to safeguard the fundamental rights of the people of the state enshrined in the constitution of India and to restore the rule of law in the state.
