IMPHAL, June 15: The National President of National Rahul Gandhi Youth Brigade (NRGYB) has appointed Mutum Athoi Singh as district co-ordinator, Imphal West-I, NRGYB (M) (Patsoi Kendra) and Haorongbam Boon Singh as district co-ordinator, Imphal West-II, NRGYB (M) (Langthabal Kendra), said a release of NRGYB Manipur State.
