IMPHAL, June 15: Communist Party of India, Thongju Local Council has condoled the death of its member Comrade Khaidem Radha, who passed away on June 9 at her residence, Kongba Kshetri Leikai. A two-minute silence was observed to honour the departed soul at CPI, Thongju Local Council office.
