IMPHAL, June 29: Under the theme “Delivery of Services through the Common Services Centres (CSCs)” sponsored by Department of Information Technology (DIT), Government of Manipur was held at District Training Centre, DC’s Office, Churachandpur today, stated a PIB release.
In his welcome address, Jacintha Lazarus, deputy commissioner and chairman of DeGs (District e-Governance Society) Churachandpur stressed on the importance of e-Governance in the district. She also said, a total of 91 Community Information Centre’s (CICs) were opened in Churachandpur which would be useful for all the people in the village and block level. DRDA’s Plan Schemes were also included which could formally be an eye opener to the people of the state including Churachandpur District, the release said.
