Joint Director, dept of Arts and Culture, government of Manipur S Bheigya Singh and eminent lyricist B Jayenta Kumar Sharma attended as chief guest and president.
‘Chaikhre Ngasi Nangi Labukta’ a song by Somorendra was used as the curtain raiser of the function.
