IMPHAL, June 29: A meeting held on June 24 at Marxism Learning Centre, RIMS road has formed People’s Price Monitoring Committee. The meeting was attended by many civil organizations, senior-citizens, AMBA, Intellectual Forum, student bodies, women originations, trade unions and individuals.
The committee has elected 15 executives including N Binoi as president, S Shyamsunder as working president, H Haridash as secretary general.
As a continuation, Women’s Price monitoring committee for Imphal West and Imphal East and Bishempur Students Price Monitoring Committee have been formed.
Other remaining districts will also have the monitoring committee shortly.
