IMPHAL, June 26: The Khuman Lampak Dingko Road Auto Owners and Drivers Association today alleged that several other passenger vehicles from outside the association have starting plying along the route without any permission or knowledge of the association or the concern authorities.
Speaking to media persons this evening at the Manipur Press Club, general secretary Md Sukur ud din alleged that several autos have started plying along the route without any authorisation or permit which is necessary to be taken from the transport department prior to plying along any route.
Further charging the unathourised autos of even parking at the alloted parking of the association, he has urged the auto drivers to stop from parking at the site.
He further appealed to the concern authorities to look into the issue within three days and incase of failure of the authorities to check the unauthorised parking and plying along the route, the association will start charging fines from the autos.
