IMPHAL, June 10: The Imphal City police today found a man in unconscious state near the western gate of Kangla Fort here.
The police picked up the unidentified man and later brought to RIMS for medical treatment, police said.
The man wears a green colour T shirt (NIKE) and a jeans quarter pant with a beard face.
