IMPHAL, July 30: Major General BinoyPoonnen, VSM, GOC of Red Shield Division inaugurated and handed over a community hall at L Phaikot village of Senapati district under operation ‘Sadbhavana’ constructed by Red Shield Engr Regt under the aegis of Red Shield Division at a cost of Rs 7.91 lakh.
Speaking at the function, Maj Gen BinoyPoonen assured the villagers that the Red Shield Division will always be committed for the people of the state for their safety, security and development in every sphere of life.
“It is our aim to look after you; the Indian Army is your army and we expect a lot of co-operation from you too.”
