IMPHAL, July 30: The health and family welfare commissioner K Moses Challai and health services director Surchandra Sharma on behalf of the state government will file an appeal to the Principal Bench of Gauhati High Court tomorrow challenging the quash order issued by Justice TNK on July 21 to the revised select lists of Manipur MBBS/BDS Entrance Examination, 2012.
An appeal No. 25 of 2012 was previously filed at the division bench of Gauhati High Court, Imphal Bench but the hearing scheduled was postponed as the requisite number of judges was not present today.
