IMPHAL, July 8: Communist Party of India (CPI), Manipur State Secretary Dr M Nara has left Imphal for South Africa today to attend the 13th Congress of Communist Party of South Africa to be held from July 10 to 15 at Durban. Communist Party of South Africa is in coalition with the ruling ANC Party in South Africa and it is instrumental in strengthening the communist movement in the world, stated a release of CPI Manipur State Council.
Dr Nara is due to meet the legendary South African leader Nelson Mandela during his visit.
