IMPHAL, July 15: A team of CDO Imphal East arrested one PULF cadre namely, MdAlam Khan alias Sotu, 20, son of MdIboyai of Meena Bazar of Thoubal Moijing from Wangkhei Puja Lampak on July 13 at around 8:45 am, said a police release.
On verification, he disclosed that he joined PULP organization in the year 2010 though one Md Akbar, who is now working under the command of Hasan and Babul and he was involved in extortion of money from Moreh Van Association, it said.
