IMPHAL, July 13: The opening ceremony of the XXII All Manipur Shooting Competition, 2012 will held July 15 at 8 am at Khuman Lampak Shooting Ranges, Imphal. The ceremony will be attended by M Modhumangol Singh, working president, Manipur Rifle Association and ChIbohal Singh, Sr vice-president, Manipur Rifle Association as chief guest and president respectively.
