IMPHAL, Aug 5: A dead body was found near a newly constructed road located at about 300 metres from Wakha under Porompat Police Station today afternoon.
A half bottle of nitric acid and a pair of shoes were found near the dead body. A voter ID-card found from the body revealed that the deceased person is one Huidrom Arunkumar, 33, son of Pramod of Khurai Soibam Leikai.
The dead body has been kept at JNIMS Mortuary.
