IMPHAL, Aug 6: The JAC formed against the abduction of Irungbam Irabanta is likely to block the Imphal-Ukhrul Road if the state government and NSCN-IM do not give a response regarding the abduction within three days.
The JAC will organize sit-in-protest at various places of Nongada for three days. A sit-in-protest was staged at Nongada Bazar today demanding safe release of Irabanta who was abducted by suspected NSCN-IM cadres on May 27.
