IMPHAL, August 4: HNSC, Haoreibi and PHLYO, Thangmeiband register wins against their respective opponents in the Imphal West 1st Division Football league tournament at the THAU ground today.
In the first match of the day, HNSC defeated KRYPSA, Naoremthong by 3-2.
A Ratan Singh (8th), Y Manisana (30th) and Y Apik (61st) scored one each for HNSC while, L Sanjoy (76th) and S Nanao (80+2) for KRYPSA.
KRYPSA with two defeats in as many matches is yet to open its account, while HNSC has four points from a win and a draw.
Meanwhile, in the second match of the day, PHLYO defeated BMSC, Taobungkhok by 2-1.
Amit (52nd) and Th Premjit (64th) scored for PHLYO while Kh Herojit (47th) scored the lone goal for BMSC.
PHLYO has six points after winning both its matches while BMSC has only one point from a draw.
