IMPHAL, September 9: A one day library awareness programme on the theme “Importance of Public Library in rural areas” was held today at Yairipok Bishnunaha Comminuty Hall organized by Loyalam Foundation Library, Yairipok, sponsored by State Central Library, Imphal.
The function was attended by Th Nokul Singh, chairperson, Yairipok Municipal Council, S Tampakleima, chief librarian, State Central Library, Imphal and Keisham Robita Devi, secretary, Loyalam Foundation Yairipok as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
