IMPHAL, September 1: The closing function of Mini-MTTS Programme 2012 which commenced from August 27 concluded today.
The program was organized by the Department of Mathematics, Manipur University at the Conference Hall of the department.
The occasion was attended by MP , Dr. T Meinya as the chief guest. Vice chancellor of Manipur University,HNK Sarma and Head of Department (Mathematics), Dr Ng Ibohal were the guest of Honor and President respectively.
A week long Mini Mathematics Training and Talent Search programme, funded by the National Board of Higher Mathematics, Government of India is targeted for students currently in the second and third semester of B. Sc, BA, BE and B.Tech and having Mathematic as a compulsory subject and with an objective to nurture the talented students of Mathematics.
