IMPHAL, Sept 6: A notification of the Returning Officer, Lamsang has informed all contesting candidates and election agents of the Panchayat constituencies of 6-Potshangbam, 7-Khurkhul, 8-Mayanglangjing and 9Awang Khunou that the strong room for storing ballot boxes will in room no G-02 and G-10 and the counting will start from 8am of September 17 at the DC complex Lamphelpat.
