IMPHAL, September 28: A combined Commando team of Thoubal, Imphal East and Imphal West police arrested a PLA/RPF cadre at Andro Khunou Torongthel area yesterday.
The woman cadre has been identified as Phanjoubam Ongbi Lalita Devi, 32 years, wife of Ph Kumar Singh of Andro Torongthel Mathak Leikai.
A police source said that the woman cadre works under the command of S/S Sharat @ Peacock Sharat of Andro Lupaochum Village. She has been actively involved in passing information about the movement of security forces to the said organisation.
One mobile handset bearing SIM number-8974404697 was recovered from her possession, said a source.
