IMPHAL, October 17: The 4th SAI All India Inter Regional Sepaktakraw Championship kicked off today at the SAI, Takyelpat campus.
The championship is participated by SAI-SC Sonepat, SAI-RC, Imphal and SAI-SC, Luckhnow.
The SAI-RC, Imphal and SAI-SC Luckhnow will meet in the finals of both men’s and women’s team event.
In the men’s team league matches, SAI-SC, Lucknow defeated SAI-SC Sonepat by 3-0, SAI-RC, Imphal defeated SAI-SC, Lucknow by 3-0 while SAI-RC, Imphal defeated SAI-SC Sonepat by 3-0.
In the women’s team league matches, SAI-SC, Lucknow defeated SAI-SC Sonepat by 3-0, SAI-RC, Imphal defeated SAI-SC, Lucknow by 3-0 while SAI-RC, Imphal defeated SAI-SC Sonepat by 3-0.
In a women’s regu league match, SAI-SC, Lucknow defeated SAI-SC Sonepat by 3-0 while, in the men’s regu league match SAI-SC, Sonepat defeated SAI-SC, Lucknow by 3-2.
