IMPHAL, November 8: The 17th foundation day celebration of the International Handicapped Welfare Mission, Manipur was held today at Korouhanba Shanglen, Moidangpok in Imphal West.
The function was attended by MLA K Sarat Singh, Padmashree L Nabakishore, Ng Tejkumar Singh, Director of Prosecution, Govt of Manipur, Khoirom Loyalakpa Singh, chief editor, Naharolgee Thoudang and Th Gambhir Meitei, pradhan, Moidangpok Gram Panchayat as chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.
