IMPHAL, November 16: The Senapati District Consumers’ Club (SDCC) will stage a sit-in-protest at Senapati Bazaar on Monday, November 19 at 11 am against the siphoning of food items by CAF and PD Department of Sanapati, as said by a press release from SDCC.
The SDCC further alleged that the CAF and PD Department of Senapati has siphoned the food items, for two month, which is mean for distribution for three assembly constituency namely –Karong-47, Mao-48 and Tadubi-49.
Further the SDCC appeals all the citizens of Senapati, tribal’s chief, public leaders and FPS agents to support and participate the said sit-in-protest that is against the corruption and protection of consumers’ right.
