IMPHAL, Dec 14: A government release has notified that in view of the ASEAN –India Car Rally, all the vehicles plying from Imphal to Moreh on National Highway 39 are not allowed to enter Pallel police station gate from the midnight of December 14, 2012 to 2 pm of December 15, 2012.
