IMPHAL, January 6: TMC Manipur State Unit general secretary, Y Khamchand Singh, a candidate of Singjamei a/c in the last Manipur Legislative Assembly election has joined the BJP today along with 300 of his supporters, while TMC executive member U Daben Singh, ex-MLA of Wabagai a/c, also joined BJP today along with 200 of his supporters, according to a press release of the BJP.
The joining in was held at a simple function at the residence of Y Khamchand at Yumnam Leikai.
BJP president Th Chaoba Singh presided the function, said the BJP press release.
