IMPHAL, February 28: In light of the Governor of Mnaipur summoning the 4th session of the tenth Manipur Legislative Assembly from March 6 to 8, the Business Advisory Committee conducted a meeting to discuss the business of the three day long sitting today.
According to a source, the first day of the sitting will start with the Governor’s Address and will be followed by the Motion of Thanks to the Governor’s address. The day will also conduct Obituary References, if any; presentation of BAC Report; Presentation of Supplementary Demands for Grants 2012-13; Presentation of Budget Estimates, 2013; . Motion for Vote on Accounts, 2013 and Introduction of Government Bill, if any.
The second day of the sitting on March 7 will have questions, other Business if any, General Discussion on Suplementary Demands for Grants, 2012-13, discussion and voting on Supplementary Demands for Grants, 2012-13 and Introduction of the Manipur Appropriation Bills, informed the source.
The third day will have questions; other business if any, presentation of committee report; Consideration and Passing of Manipur Appropriation Bills/Government Bill (s) and Private Members’ Business, if any, informed the source.
